A better solution for managing your golf business.

What is USchedule?

The system your whole facility runs on.

Booking, memberships, door access, point of sale, and your website — one platform, built and supported by the same small team that answers when you call. We've been doing this since [YEAR], long before software started writing itself.

[XX] years in business

Running facilities since [YEAR] — through every platform that launched loud and quietly disappeared.

$[XX]M processed a year

Across [X,XXX] facilities and [X.X] million bookings, without a payment platform we don't control.

Built on client requests

A good share of what's in the platform started as a phone call from an owner who needed something. Ask us for one.

Booking

Every bay, every hour

Live availability, deposits up front, and rules that stop double-bookings before they happen.

Door Access

The door opens from their phone

Customers tap unlock before or during their reservation. Nothing to issue, share, or reset.

Point of Sale

Bar tab, bay tab, one check

Full restaurant POS on a handheld terminal running our own app.

Memberships

Renews without you

Tiers with their own booking windows, rates, and included hours.

Branded App

Your logo, their phone

A real app in the App Store under your name — not a bookmarked link.

Website

Designed, not templated

A designer builds your site around your brand, your photos, your facility.

Branded Mobile Apps

Your facility, in the App Store.

Your logo, your name, your colors — a real app your members download, not a booking link they bookmark and forget. An icon on someone's home screen is a permanent place in their week that a URL never gets.

  • Everything in one place
Book a bay, pay, unlock the door, check membership hours, and rebook a favorite time in a single tap.

  • Push notifications that actually get read
A quiet Tuesday afternoon is a message away from being booked. Email gets buried; a push lands.

  • We handle the app stores
Submission, review, updates, and compliance for both Apple and Google. You've heard it's a nightmare. It is. We do it.

Placeholder proof point. Something like average bookings per member before and after the app, or install numbers across the client base.

Point of Sale

The bar and kitchen run on it too.

Most booking platforms stop at the tee sheet and hand you off to a separate register. But simulator lounges make their margin on food and drink, and splitting the two means two systems, two reports, and two things to reconcile at close.

  • A real restaurant POS
Tabs, tables, modifiers, coursing, split checks, and tips. Not a retail cart with a food category bolted on.

  • Handheld terminal, our own app
Stripe hardware running software we built, so the bay schedule and the bar tab are the same system rather than an integration.

  • One check, one report
Bay time and a round of drinks close out together. End of night gives you one number across bays, F&B, and retail.

Placeholder proof point. Something like average F&B spend per booking, or share of revenue that isn't bay time.

24/7 Access

Open at 11pm. Nobody on site.

The hours you can't staff are the hours you're paying rent on anyway. Customers book, pay, and let themselves in — and the building closes itself out when they leave.

  • Paid before they arrive
Payment is taken at booking, so an empty bay is never a chargeback conversation the next morning.

  • An unlock button, not a code
The button goes live with the reservation and dies with it. Nothing to issue, share, screenshot, or rotate.

  • The bay resets itself
The simulator powers on for that session only, shuts down at the end, and access closes behind them.

Placeholder proof point. Something like share of bookings that happen outside staffed hours, or added revenue per bay per month.

Websites

Work with a designer, not a template picker.

Your website is the first thing most customers see, and it's the piece owners most often end up doing themselves at eleven at night. Every plan includes yours — built by someone who does this for a living.

  • Custom design, not a theme
Work directly with a designer who already knows this business. Your brand, your photos, your layout.

  • Or a template, if speed matters more
Live in days, still branded to you. Move to a custom build later without starting over.

  • Booking built in, not bolted on
Your domain, your hosting, and a booking flow that never sends customers to a third-party checkout that looks like someone else.

Placeholder proof point. Something like number of client sites built, or typical turnaround time.

Payments

Your money, your merchant account.

USchedule runs on Stripe, using your own account — not a payment platform we resell you. Keep your rates, keep your hardware options, and keep the ability to leave without renegotiating how you get paid.

No per-booking fee

You pay for the platform, not for each reservation that comes through it.

No proprietary hardware

Use the terminal that suits your counter, not the one we require.

Settled in one place

Bay time, food and drink, retail, and memberships in a single ledger.

Customers

From the people at the desk

Placeholder quote. Something about getting deposits up front paying for the year on its own.

Owner 4-bay facility

Placeholder quote. Something about new staff picking it up in a single shift, which mattered because they hire seasonally.

General manager Indoor golf club

Placeholder quote. Something about league nights running themselves without anyone touching the schedule.
