USchedule, LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. This statement applies to the USchedule website and governs how we collect and use data. By using the website, you consent to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

USchedule collects personally identifiable information such as your email address, name, home or work address, and telephone number. We also collect anonymous demographic information that is not unique to you, such as ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, and interests.

Information collected automatically

Some information about your computer hardware and software is collected automatically, including your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses. We use this to operate the service, maintain its quality, and produce general statistics about how the website is used.

Information you post publicly

If you disclose personally identifiable or sensitive information through public areas of the site, that information may be collected and used by others. USchedule does not read your private online communications.

Third-party websites

We encourage you to review the privacy statements of any website you link to from USchedule. We are not responsible for the privacy statements or content of websites outside of USchedule.

2. How we use your information

USchedule uses your personal information to operate the website and deliver the services you have requested. We also use it to tell you about other products or services available from USchedule and its affiliates, and we may contact you via surveys to ask your opinion of current or potential services.

We keep track of which pages our customers visit within USchedule in order to understand which services are most popular. This helps us deliver more relevant content.

USchedule does not use or disclose sensitive personal information such as race, religion, or political affiliations.

3. What we don't do

You can opt out of our SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

4. When we may disclose information

USchedule will disclose your personal information, without notice, only where required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to:

5. Cookies

The USchedule website uses cookies to personalize your experience. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a web server. Cookies cannot run programs or deliver viruses, are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a server in the domain that issued them.

Cookies primarily save you time. They tell the server you have returned to a particular page, so information you previously provided — billing address, shipping address, and similar details — can be recalled on later visits.

You can accept or decline cookies. Most browsers accept them automatically, but you can usually change your browser settings to decline them. If you decline, some interactive features of the site may not work fully.

Google Analytics advertising features are enabled on this site. To review the opt-outs Google currently offers, see Google's opt-out page.

6. Security

USchedule secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Personally identifiable information you provide is stored on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment. When sensitive information such as a credit card number is transmitted, it is protected using encryption.

7. Data retention and deletion

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, and thereafter for the period required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When personal information is no longer required for these purposes, we delete or de-identify it.

You may request deletion of the personal data USchedule holds about you at any time by submitting a request through our data deletion request form. We respond to and process verified deletion requests within 45 days of receipt, except where retention is required by law.

8. Google user data

When you connect your Google Account and enable Google Calendar synchronization, USchedule accesses your Google Calendar events solely to provide two-way synchronization between your USchedule booking schedule and your Google Calendar.

To provide this feature we store:

We retain this data for as long as your account is active and the Google Calendar integration remains connected. If you disconnect the integration, USchedule stops synchronizing with your Google Calendar.

You may request deletion of stored Google user data at any time through the data deletion request form above, or by revoking USchedule's access through your Google Account permissions. Upon a verified deletion request, we remove the stored Google Calendar data and associated authorization tokens within 45 days.

USchedule's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide the synchronization feature, use it for advertising, or use it for any purpose other than providing the features described here.

USchedule will occasionally update this statement to reflect company and customer feedback. We encourage you to review it periodically.
